I have a confession.. I have become addicted to KOHLS. pretty weird, huh?
I have always disliked Kohls and their lame "department store" selection.
But now they have all this super cute stuff! They carry different lines, like Lauren Conrad and Elle. and those lines have the cuuuuutest stuff.
And it's Kohls.. so everything is always on sale. Which is pretty cool.

3 wonderful years

I'm one of those lucky people who is madly in love with a wonderful guy! God has completely blessed me in the husband department. I couldn't have snagged a better one!
We have been together for 7 years (highschool sweethearts) and as of today, we have been married for 3 years!
And I can honestly say it's been the best 3 years of my life! (so far)
gosh, I just love him!

He got me my favorite flowers today, and chocolate covered strawberries! All the way from the middle east! (he's deployed)

WOW. It's been a while, eh? I feel like this is how I start EVERY blog post, gah.

BUT I've been a little pre-occupied. My husband deployed so I moved home to be with family and friends. We didn't renew our lease, because we are getting a house on base when we move back to NC! So I had to pack up my whole home, (with a baby...alone), and put it in storage. Then my momma and gma flew out to NC and helped me drive back to Kansas!

It has been such a blessing to be home! I have a ton of help with Emery and have been crazy busy hanging out with friends! AND I started cloth diapering! which I love.

I've only ran twice in the last 2 months... but I've lost 12 pounds! So I only have 13 more to get to my goal! 13 sounds WAY better than 25.

7 months go by

My little baby boy is 7 months old today! Where does the time go?? When he was a newborn I couldn't wait for him to get older and be more independent, but I LOVE the age he is now, and I'm just starting to get sad when he gets bigger. But I know that every stage is exciting in it's own way :) He is pretty much crawling now, and he gives me kisses. heheh. he's so cute!

In other news, I went to see "We Bought a Zoo" with a friend yesterday! It was a such a cute movie. You have to love a movie with Matt Damon in it, right??

My husband is leaving for another deployment fairly soon and I'm moving home to Kansas for it. He has been gone for some training this week and will be gone for another week ish, and it is making me sooo grateful that I get to go home during deployment! It is SO much more work by yourself with a baby! I have really missed my "me" time this week.
